Anniqa Jamal Iqbal set for Miss World 2026 debut

Anniqa Jamal Iqbal has been crowned Miss World Pakistan 2026 and is reportedly preparing to represent Pakistan at the Miss World pageant. The 24-year-old master’s student in Accounting & Auditing was presented the crown at a Lahore ceremony conducted by Dr. Shafaq Akhtar, Miss Pakistan Universal 2022, and Attaullah Gujjar, Mr Pakistan World.

Iqbal brings substantial pageant experience to the global stage, having competed previously at Miss Earth, Miss Global, Miss Cosmo, Miss Eco International and Miss Aura International, and winning four titles at the Freedom of the World competition in Kosovo. Her selection marks a notable milestone for the Miss Pakistan World Organization, which says this is its first Miss World representative after 25 years.

Anniqa Jamal Iqbal’s résumé blends competition experience with academic focus. At 24, she is completing a master’s in Accounting & Auditing while maintaining an active presence in the international pageant circuit.
